We Ship to US. Contact us through Email or Phone 360-327-3722 to place your order. To ensure our customers get the least expensive shipping rates, our shipping department compares freight quotes from the shipping vendors listed. Fed Ex and USPS. Usually Fed ex is the cheapest.

Products are generally shipped within one to three business days from date of order placement. Shipping Methods are Fed Ex ground.

BLIND SHIPPING: Drop shipping can occur when a small or large company who sells products to the general public receives an order for a product. Rather than route the shipment through the florist retail store, the retailer may arrange for the goods to be shipped directly to the customer. We blind drop ship for many companies who would like all of our information taken off of the cases going out to their customers and only the information about their company is on the case. We ship products with a return address customized to your company address and info. If you would like us to blind ship for your company we would be more than happy to put only your companies info on the case, and your customers will never know that it is from us.

1. SHIPPING CHARGES: All parcels are either shipped Fed Ex, or Parcel Post, unless the customer requests to have their packages shipped another way. Orders without specific shipping information will be shipped best way.

2. TERMS OF SALE: All Major Credit Cards are excepted. Visa, Master Cards, Discover Card or American Express. Please contact us to receive your shipping charges.

3. MERCHANDISE RETURNS & CLAIMS: All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Claims made after 10 days will not be refunded. All claims may be either refunded or replaced at our option. Refunds may only be made if the goods themselves have been improperly packaged or damaged. If shipment is by Fed Ex or Parcel post shortages and/or damages must be reported to Moss Unlimited. Please call us at 360-327-3722 before returning products. Returns should be sent Fed ex Ground to: Moss's Unlimited 201932 Hwy. 101 Beaver, WA. 98305 Damaged merchandise must remain in the original master carton with all packing for Fed Ex or Postal Service inspection and instruction as to disposition. Credits will be given for Product Only.

Freight Charges will not be credited back.

All damages incurred by the shipping carrier should be claimed directly against the carrier.
